Be the first brand attendees see when they arrive and the one they carry with them throughout their stay. Customized hotel key cards showcase your logo daily, providing repeated exposure every time participants access their rooms or hotel facilities.

WDMA will provide each attendee with a custom packaged sweet treat with sponsor branding. Sweet treat to be given out at one of the General Sessions.

Welcome all attendees by providing them with their first coffee of the day! All attendees will receive a $5 coffee gift card, courtesy of your company, when they pick up their badge onsite. Gift card sleeves will be branded with your logo.

Attendee Email Blast — $1,450 | 4 Available
Speak directly to attendees with a dedicated email blast that WDMA will send to Executive Leadership Forum attendees on your behalf. HTML must be designed by your team and content is subject to approval by WDMA. E-mails are limited to two (2) pre-conference and two (2) post-conference and reserved on a first come, first served basis. HTML and a subject line must be received by WDMA one week prior to the send date.
